Lifetime Tire Rotation

If you bought your tires from Purcell, we will rotate them for you FREE at your convenience. Just schedule an appointment. Your owner’s manual tells you that your tires need to be periodically rotated. Chances are you have questions about tire rotation, cost involved, frequency, and if it is worth the effort. With Purcell VIP we take the worry and cost out of tire rotation. Tires need to be rotated because they wear unevenly.

  • The front tires and rear tires carry different loads on most vehicles.
  • Front tires carry a slightly heavier load and tend to wear faster than rear tires.
  • Your right front tire wears faster than your left tire for the simple reason we take left turns faster than we make right turns.
  • Front-wheel drive vehicles see front tires wearing out almost twice the rate of rear tires.

Here is a glimpse of rotation needs by vehicle drive train.

Free Tire Air Pressure Checks

With Purcell VIP, if you feel that your tires are not properly inflated, or if your vehicle’s TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) light turns on just come on in or schedule an appointment.

All Purcell locations are equipped to help diagnose and fix any situation involving TPMS alerts or low tire pressure.  We will also be happy to help regardless of where you bought your tires.

  • Purcell technicians will help you maintain proper tire pressure.
  • This will optimize overall tire performance and fuel economy.
  • Correct tire pressure plus regular tire rotations and proper wheel balancing helps ensure even tire tread wear maximizing the life of your tires.

Purcell Tire & Service Network: 24,000 Mile – 24 Month Nationwide Limited Warranty

Warranty Agreement – All Services
You Purcell outlets warrant that the performed repairs will be free from defects in material or workmanship for either 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, or the warranty periods for selected services as specifically outlined below. If you experience a warranty-related problem with the repaired vehicle as a result of a defect in either workmanship or material during the warranty period, Purcell will perform the repairs again including parts and labor under the terms of the warranty as outlined. Warranty repairs do not extend original warranty periods. Your Purcell dealer must call 1- 800- 426- 0733 to obtain warranty authorization from the Warranty Administrator prior to any warranty repair being performed. Warranty repair costs are covered up to the cost of the original repair. In addition, if a vehicle is more than 25 miles from the original repair facility and requires being towed, a towing benefit on “Approved Claims” up to $100.00 will be applied. IMPORTANT: Please keep your services invoice(s). These documents are required in order to exercise your warranty privileges.

Exclusions
Warranty period for lube, oil and filter change, transmission fluid exchange, coolant exchange, differential fluid exchange, brake fluid exchange, power steering fluid exchange, engine decarbonization, wiper blades, bulbs, and air filter is 90 days or 4,000 miles, whichever comes first. The warranty does not cover engine/transmission replacement, internal repairs, differentials, tires, or batteries. Separate warranties are available for those products at the Purcell outlet where the original repair was performed. This warranty does not apply to vehicles used commercially.

Service Warranty Policy
This warranty is only for you and the vehicle serviced. It is not transferable. Purcell will not be responsible for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damage under this warranty. Implied warranties will be limited to the duration of this warranty and shall exclude consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you (but in no event shall the inapplicability of such limitations or exclusions invalidate any other terms of this warranty).

A buyer of service and or products at Purcell has the right to have warranty service performed during the warranty period. The warranty period will be extended for the number of whole days that the vehicle has been out of the buyer’s hands for warranty repairs. If a covered condition exists within the warranty period, the warranty will not expire until the condition has been fixed. The warranty period will also be extended if the warranty repairs have not been performed due to delays caused by circumstances beyond the control of the buyer, or if the warranty repairs did not remedy the condition and the buyer notifies Purcell of the failure of the repairs for the warranted service within 60 days after they were completed. If, after a reasonable number of attempts, the condition has not been fixed, the buyer may return his/her vehicle for replacement of parts, if applicable, or a refund, in either case subject to deduction of a reasonable charge for usage. This time extension does not affect the protection or remedies the buyer has under any law.
